Found a smallish silver thermos on the Falling Waters Trail. It was off the trail near one of the falls (not sure which one, it was dark at the time). It was near a steeper section of trail that was tricky to descend, a couple of people in our party fell. Perhaps the same happened to you. I left it on the green, metal donation post at the trailhead. Hope it gets back to you.
