Hike: Friday, 4/25/2014

Is anybody interested in getting together for a hike this Friday?

There are multiple targets on my list that would be interesting:

Plan A is Madison and Adams from Appalachia

Plan B is Galehead and The Twins from Beaver Brook Wayside Area


As it stands, the Friday forecast looks great. Madison and Adams should be a good hike for the conditions, and the conditions should be good for a Madison and Adams hike.

I’m thinking about an on-trail of ~8:00am from Appalachia. I normally hike a moderate pace of book time or a little more. If you’re looking for a fast-paced hike; please continue looking, this one isn’t for you.

Anybody interested? Respond here or message me and we’ll work out the details.

As the time gets closer and if the forecast deteriorates, I’ll make the change to Plan B.

The original target time was earlier than needed.

Same objective, but next Monday or Tuesday

I've got the same primary objective (Adams/Madison), but for next Monday/28th or Tuesday/29th. Was planning for solo, but delighted to have company. Fully loaded for these conditions, I anticipate hiking at 90-95% of book time.
