Trails: Blueberry Ledge Trail, Rollins Trail, East Loop/Walden Trail, Dicey's Mill Trail

Trail Conditions: Aside from the East Loop (which we descended only) being softer than the other trails due to more limited usage, I am going to lump All Trails together because there are no significant differences: Conditions were no snow starting out, dryish trails, then encountering a rotting but still strong monorail, then a little localized mud later on. Ice was very limited, minus the normal ice floes in places. The ledges were all dry and easy to climb. The big bridge-log is in place so the river crossing was easy. All trails have several blowdowns, but nothing that we had any difficulty with.

Special Equipment Used: We brought trekking poles and Microspikes. We barebooted until we hit Rollins, put on Microspikes to help keep us on top of the rail, and kept them on until half way down Dicey's Mill Trail. We could have used snowshoes in places but it would have been uncomfortable walking and we would have had to take them off a lot. Temps were low today so that helped keep the snow supportive.

Comments: Hiked this one with Steff and we picked a great day for it. Super nice conditions. We saw a trail-side moose on our exit. That was cool. Tons of moose sign, especially on the East Loop.
