Mill Mt. - 2500'
We had been looking at hiking Mill Mt. for a few months now. Not having seen an encouraging trip report (logging, blowdowns, rock fields and cliffs), we took a longer line but ultimately more gentle line, following a similar path to an old abandoned trail from the 1940's. The woods were largely open and super easy to walk through. Tricky near the top, but not dangerous. Fire tower remains were so very interesting to explore. Had lunch on a ledge with views towards Cabot/Horn/Bulge.
