Date of Hike: Monday, October 13th (again, sorry for the delay)

Off Trail Conditions: We ascended the talus slide just before the junction with the Zeacliff Trail, The rocks are very loose in spots and the slide is steep, on the lower part of the slide we were able to walk parallel to each other so if we dislodged any rocks we wouldn't be in the line of fire. Up top where the slide heads between two cliffs the slide narrows and is a mix of gravel, rocks, and vegetation. We continued up between the two cliffs and gained the ridge and booked a right to the outlook ledges through easy terrain. From the outlook we wandered around a little bit before hitting the actual summit, there's a canister, it's not too hard to find, it's right above a soggy mini bog section. From the summit we followed some herd paths to the north and eventually came to the biggest Birch glades I've hiked through. We just walked through the glades over some moose paths and through the hobblebush until popping out on the A-Z Trail about 0.2 miles from the Zealand Trail junction. Great early morning outing with my bushwhack buddy, Whitney! Report and Pictures
