Mount Deception, East - 11/9/14
Drove up Cherry Mt. Road from Rt. 302. The gate is open. Some frozen snow on the road, but not much; safe to travel.
Began bushwhack at USFS Camp 7. Took a direct compass bearing and followed it to the summit.
There was a couple of inches of snow, but the woods were relatively open and easy for a bushwhack.
No special equipment needed.
