Trails: Mt. Tripyramid, Scaur Ridge
Trail Conditions: The north slide had two inches of slippery snow over rock and ice. Scaur Ridge trail had two inches of light snow over leaves. Both trails had occasional icy spots. Livermore trail had a dusting of snow in the morning which was nearly gone upon our return.
Equipment: We used microspikes/hillsounds.
Comments: On the north slide, it looked like most people were staying left, in the trees, due to slippery conditions. While the middle section was the most slippery, we found the upper section was no problem with traction.
