I have no financial interest in this but noticed a home/camp for sale by owner in Randolph for 65K. It has been listed in the past for sale through brokers but I just noticed it or sale by owner. Its on the south side of the road a short distance east of the intersection of Valley Road and RT 2.
That is all the info I have, and am posting this as there are usually a few VFTT folks looking for places in the area. Generally Randolph homes under 150K tend to be seasonal and not perfect.
