Date of Hike: Sunday, January 11
Trails: Old Bridle Path, Franconia Ridge Trail, Falling Waters Trail
Trail Conditions: Packed snow below treeline, mix of snow, ice, and bare rock along the ridge. light traction is perfect right now.
Comments: We lucked out with the weather and the Ridge cleared off as we ascended. Cold temps and some wind but not too bad. Until the next storm comes through or if temps rise no snowshoes needed. Great day with Whitney, Kyle, and Tony. Whitney set a blazing pace up to treeline! Congrats to Kyle on his 45th and 46th W48 peaks. Great views today! Report / Pics
