Date of Hike: 1/10/2015
Trail Conditions: Broke trail through less than a foot of snow with thin crust. Ice flows under the snow caused some unexpected slipping in places. Trail is becoming overgrown in places, and will probably be challenging to locate when leaves are out. For the most part, key junctions are marked by wooden white triangles. Otherwise, look for small rock cairns (many of which will be hidden with another 6 inches of snow) and rocks on stumps. A few blowdowns on the upper section of trail.
