WMUR story mentioning that Mt. Washington was tied for second coldest place on earth air temp last night (-35F) behind the South Pole and its strongest wind gust, 141 mph, since 2008. I guess the MWOBS forecast was spot on (so that made about -100 windchill).

This is an impressive stretch of weather not to be underestimated.

You and your climate change scare tactics!!! Pretty soon you will be talking about the killer breed of coyote in the Belknaps that mutated from those White Mountain grizzly bears. All I know is I am glad I am moving out of the mountains and to the seacoast. I don't think I can take this anymore!!!

Haven't you heard? The Seacoast is now part of the Arctic Vortex Snow Band. Sort of a Buffalo on Steroids winter zone.

Safer to stay inland, all things considered!
