Main update on TJ's report from last week is that the lower portion of the Carter Dome trail is getting very slick from freeze/thaw and butt sliding. It was challenging to get up with snowshoes bring crampons would be a good idea.

Special Equipment
Didn't see anyone bare booting it, but saw all other types of traction, there were some drifts on the ridge and snowshoes were helpful there. Post holing only an issue if you step off trail.
