Goose Eye 6-6-16, trail maintenance day...Success Pond Rd from Berlin in OK shape, first mile rough with some rough spots of course after..parking at trailhead maybe 4-6...
Goose Eye Trail: crossings rock hopped though a little high did not get feet wet...others step over..still some water running down trail up higher from yesterday's somewhat heavy rainstorm..trail in good shape as the AMC Pro Crew had gone through recently so blow downs gone...drainages cleaned out...we did trimming in needed spots..still a few but getting better all the time...great views from summit today so it's worth working on the trail!! Rod Levesque is the adopter...
