Just a quick heads up - yesterday while hiking Old Speck one of my dogs (Gem) ate something on the trail, and I had to evacuate her as she became wobbly on the summit. The vet in Bethel suspected a neurotoxin-- she is OK thankfully.

Just a friendly heads up to dog owners hiking in the area (AT from Grafton Notch) that there may still be remains of something - happy trails all!

Have you considered that the dog might have eaten a poisonous plant?
