Trails: Firewarden, AT, Horns Pond loop
Trail Conditions: Some packed snow and ice at high elevations, but still lots of bare rock
Special Equipment Required: Bareboots. No use of microspikes. Used trekking poles
Comments: Winter conditions on top with temperatures in the 20s and very strong winds. There had been strong winds the previous night and we pulled a medium size tree to the side of the road on Stratton Brook Pond Road. Able to get to the parking at the trailhead.
