I found the Randolph Community Forest to be a really special place.
The RCF management plan is worth a read, one of the better ones out there.

RMC is fabulous. I stayed with a group of 9 at Crag Camp last night. The caretaker was skiing the snow in Great Gully. My 9 YO daughter has been a lifelong RMC member. It's a great organization.
