Yes, last labor day. A great piece of trail work.
I expect the Dudley trail will keep the fun stuff up high and clean up the eroded chutes down low and replace them with switchbacks.

I just watched a YouTube video of some guy who did the rerouted Abol Trail. Pretty thorough video. It made the trail look pretty easy actually. Tons of gravelly swicthbacks and good footing. It did indeed look like a very significant effort to construct.
