I was surprised when the weatherman on WMUR predicted little or no flooding. I'm no expert, but it seems to me, with the snowpack, leftover ice and a large amount of rain coming. Looks like a perfect flood scenario to me. The Pemi and the Mad river would have me nervous if I lived close by.
