Saw a fellow hiker this morning on my way to work...just curious who it was, black VW Golf. I was just short of the Easton exit on i-78. Couldn't catch up! :). Not often I see fellow 46r's in this area!

I'm a contact wearer and I just leave mine in for the entire trip and give my eyes a good dose of solution in the morning. Carry extras of course, just in case.

I stayed at the Alpine Air for the first time this winter. Price is up to $60/night, but still a great price for a nice place. It was better than sharing the back of an suv with 1ADAM12 at 15 below zero that's for sure!!:D

Ditto....great place!!! Our kids loved it, like mentioned otters are a huge hit. It's a really nice place and worth the visit!

Thanks for the tips! Unfortunately, my camera has one of those rechargable type batteries, not AA. This was the first I've ever had issues with it, which isn't surprising considering the conditions. Yeah, I did take out some of my lesser shots, but probably need to remove a few more to make...
