Trail Conditions: Super highway, well packed out. Some icy spots around ledges, but nothing that required crampons, wore microspikes the whole way with no issue.

Trail Conditions: Since last weeks thaw, trail conditions are icy underneath varying levels of snow, 3-8 inches, as elevation increased so did the snow depth. Trail is clear of any blowdowns, ice bridges are good over small crossings.

Great trip Tom. We prepped for our trip by hitting Hale from Zealand Rd to the Hut, then over Zealand to Guyout, stayed at the shelter an hit the 3 bonds out LW to a spotted car.
I did an Owl's Head BP from LW over to GArfield the next day out to rte 3, we had absolutely no consolidation...
Well packed out trail from trailhead to summit. Thanks to whoever broke trail! Snowshoes all the way, no other equipment needed other than eye/face pro on the dome of course. Great glissading on the descent!

Very different price than Ragged Mt. I haven't tried to purchase yet but will when I have my card number handy. The only thing I noticed is that they don't offer sizing. One size fits all, my guess is they have mediums. will call to verify...
