What a blast climbing the New England 67 in just over 2 years time. It's an amazing journey that I have set myself on and I'm looking forward to sharing what I learn along the way.

I am a hiker... Never before have I found such a passion for any kind of activity until I went into the woods and started walking. Before I set out on original the 48, I was diagnosed with a Thyroid Disease called Hashimoto’s Disease. An autoimmune disease with no cure that seems to affect every system in my body with various reactions and symptoms (some more serious than others and some more obvious than others. There is a laundry list of "issues"). I'm not one to back down from a challenge and I am not about to let this stop me.




Timing is everything and everything happens for a reason (Omnia Causa Fiunt). I'm a strong, independent, and intelligent woman, and yet there is a shy awkward, sensitive side to me. I've always believed that those who enter into any kind of relationship with me (friend, love, family...), they become an equal partner in the journey and I will always treat you as such. I will expect to be treated the same in return. Each one of us has something to teach the other and while the lessons can be tough, if you stick it out, it's well worth it.
