Date of Hike: 6/30/2018
Trail Conditions: Mt. Garfield trail was a bit muddier / damper than usual on the way up, but was already drying up by the time we were headed down. The 0.2mi of Garfield Ridge Trail was a bit more challenging than usual as the rocks were wet. Several downed trees but all easily hopped/climbed over, even for me and my hiking partner (both about 5' tall).
Special Equipment Required: Just lots of water and filtration to get even more potable water!
Comments: Parking lot was full and there were TONS of cars along the road by 8:00 AM (this was on a Saturday). Met an AT thru-hiker on GRT.
