If interested in joining us on a 3 day paddle from the Southern part of Upper Saranac, through Middle and into Lower Saranac, take out at Lake Flower.
Who going: Indian Chris, Algonquin Bob and friend, me and possibly another friend who is deciding upon weather conditions.
When: Wed April 20 - Sat April 23
Why: That doesn't need an answer
Cold weather gear is needed on this trip. The combination of the cold water and air will be below 100F and it's life threatening.
Chris and I are working on the NFCT and we will paddle in Lower Saranac and do the required "Bartlett carry". You don't have to do that part and can join us once we enter into Middle Saranac. We are going to overnight it in the leanto's. If ice is out we will explore Weller pond and camp out Wed night there. Nice relaxing trip. All different types of boats can be used. We are going to eat and drink the good stuff. Cast iron cookware is included!
