View Full Version : Mt. Abraham (4,006') via Lincoln Gap 7/22/09

07-23-2009, 07:36 AM
Trail Conditions: Trail is running wet. Dangerously slippery on upper rock sections. Herd path to airplane wreck is becoming quite defined (0.1 N of summit on west side of L.T.)

Equipment: Trekking poles for bog-jumping

Comments: A deservedly popular day hike, a special place. Leave no trace, and please be respectful of roped-off tundra. Alpine zones don't come any smaller than this !! My 10th visit
