The URL in the address window is just http://www.vftt.org, If I right click on the page and select properties the URL is the same...You got the high level frame.

I go to "www.vftt.org/forums" and you get the inside frame which will give you the thread.

So for example, Click here (http://www.vftt.org/forums/showthread.php?p=66119&posted=1#post66119) and you come to this thread. OK, now kill the window to get back to the same place.

Just realize that if you go to vftt.org/forums you will not get the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. That means you will not be able to go to the trail conditions or photo gallery or other areas of the site.

A full discussion of links and frames and how to get around them can be found in this old thread in the Site Feedback and Help:

Thanks everyone,

What I was used to doing to get the thread url was right clicking in the thread and selecting properties. In Internet Explorer this properties window will give you the url of the thread. In Firefox, which I'm trying to use exclusively, the properties dialog box does not give the url. Right clicking on the thread link in the Forum gives the url in either Firefox or IE.

I haven't found too many websites that don't like Firefox...
