I recently bought a pair that have the boa binding. I've used them three times on local trails, but only carried them on Tecumseh this weekend. So far, I like them.

Apologies. Obviously I misunderstood your q! Cheers.
Assuming this is a serious question, go to settings, it should be the first option. Click it, the tab will turn green and you'll see a tiny airplane in the upper left corner of your main screen.
I liked this one much more than 14 Peaks.
"Are outhouses even open?"
At least one at Hancock has been open all winter. There may be two open.
I've been there several times this winter. You may be able to find a spot in the beginning of the circle where there's no open outhouse. The back side has been quite busy. There are also the walk-in...
I was there Friday morning, saw maybe ten other cars, and did not notice that.

The drone was very annoying and flew for much too long.
peakbagger - Were you on Adams at around 1 PM Saturday? I think I saw the same dog, she was so cute. We saw her again as we were leaving the Madison hut but she was walking down the trail at that...
I visited Arethusa Falls last Friday. There were a few muddy spots, but nothing outrageous. It was a lovely walk, the trail is in great shape.
Done, and thank you.
Hi Joe,
My hiking partner and I went to Glacier in September, so perhaps you won't have the great luck that we did. The trip was taken after online reservations closed for the year. We had...
There's been a lot of recent activity around this mystery. I've listened to several podcasts on the subject, it is very interesting. Some of the theories are :p.
My hiking partner and I hiked Abraham as an out and back. Most people we met up with while hiking the ME 4,000 footers did Abraham as part of a traverse with Sugarloaf and Spaulding, but you'd need...

I'm using Firefox and can see all of the pages.
I tried this last weekend with one of my bladders, not a Nalgene, maybe that would have worked, the bladder solution did not - at all. I have not done winter backpacking yet, just car camping so far,...
Do you put the unit inside of the bag? My friends and I have done a handful of winter camping nights in NH and still learning. Last weekend was "interesting". I think I'd like to give one of these...
Hi DayTrip,
For Mansfield, if you change your mind about your route, for the Long Trail you can park on 108, walk past the gate (approx. .5 miles, a 5 minute walk) up to the trailhead, it will be...
Drove through the notch between 3-3:30 PM Saturday. Cars parked on the road on both sides, it looked the same as usual. I did not notice anything on windshields.
Another Leki fan.
Apologies for the thread drift, but Torn and Frayed is a great tune (assuming that's where you got your user name from).
My hiking partner & I tried to climb to Monroe via the Ammo in late December. The trail was not broken out and had several inches of snow. It was up to my knees in some areas. There was ice under...
Done. And thanks, I visit this site at least once a day.
It was open Saturday 4-Nov.
Big Agnes single person tent in a yellow case (tent, footprint, rain cover) was dropped on the walk to the campsites from the gate on Sperry Road. The tent was dropped on the same side of the road...
