    few of things to consider from someone who's 'been there and done that,' lol:

    1 - MRI w/o contrast (no dye) usually won't...

    Respectfully disagree, can't see any NH court imposing a duty to clear limbs or warn of natural dangers. I'd draw an analogy to the the Tuckerman ravine case, which may even be applied as precedent.
