Welp, judging by the trail conditions page, it looks to be a little icy right now up in the Whites. I was planning to head out with two buddies tomorrow (Monday), equipped with one set of crampons, a pair of msr snowshoes, and a pair of atlas snowshoes. I was looking to tackle Cannon or Liberty, as I need to bag these at some point and we're going to be picking our friend up at Plymouth State on 93. But judging by the equipment we have, can someone tell me what would be a "doable" peak right now, or more importantly, what would definitely be out of the question due to the ice? Thanks.

I'm probably too late... but just in case you haven't left yet... you will definitely want crampons or some sort of traction for Liberty. The Liberty Springs trail is basically a sheet of ice alternating with bare spots.
