    "Air Stagnation"?

There's an "air stagnation advisory" for No. Grafton County (Franconia, etc.) until 8 p.m. on wunderground.com, but the site doesn't explain the term. I've lived in smog, so I know what that is, but can anybody explain what "air stagnation" is, i.e., ozone build-up or something like that? Is it a commonly-used meterological term now?

    Try here.

Although a general advisory, I believe the intent is to warn people with respiratory issues to avoid strenuous activities.
