Yeah, it's me again, talkin' again about frostbite and hypothermia. Some of you will recall a thread I started on another board that some of you seem to frequent all too frequently (as I do. );) It seems useful to reprise the info here, for the benefit of the recently frozen and those who want to avoid a similar fate.

Here's what: Cold Injuries, an excerpt from the NOLS Wilderness First Aid book. It's the best free writing on the subject that you will find. If you're going to be outdoors this winter, you might find the excerpt very useful.
