N.H. Fish and Game has been searching for Kevin Race, 46, who was last seen at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 9, at the base of Tuckerman's Ravine. He was reported missing on Sept. 10. This is an apparent suicide. The search has now been suspended for lack of clues but the case remains open, and Fish and Game is seeking information from anyone who may have seen him.
Fish and Game describes Race as: "5 foot, 11 inches tall and about 195 pounds, with short brown hair and blue eyes. He has a mustache with corners extending down the sides of his chin. Kevin was last seen wearing a rust-colored shirt, dark down jacket, Asolo boots with a dark ski hat. He was also wearing a medium-sized backpack, blue and black in color, with a 75-foot rope strapped on top of the pack." (Picture attached.)
