crawford notch area campgrounds

I'm looking to hike Willey/Field/Tom on October 20 or 27 and looking for a place close by to set a tent up. Anyone know of a campground that's even open then? I'm having a tough time finding anything open past mid-October. Thanks!

There is Fourth Iron Tentsite semi-across from Sawyer River Road on 302. They are walk in sites along the river. FS fee area.

Lafayette is not close, but it is open all year - I think the bathrooms and showers and store close after this weekend...but they have outhouses in the winter.

i'll check into lafayette. i've been there before in the summer, not aware it's open year round. thanks for the info.

Dry River Campground, Hart's Location, route 302 (lower Notch, north of Fourth Iron). I've used it a couple of times.
