Great snowshoe hike! No scratchy sliding crust on top so Hannah was able to summit, but still windy and cold up on top so no lingering was done by us. Lost a red dog leash and tan bandanna on the way down. If you find the leash will you leave it at the trailhead please or bring to the NH Winter retreat next weekend if applicable and give to Monica
Two huge fat grey jays were following very close to me looking for trail mix. Snow bridges barely there. Trail well packed. Only a few feet of snow if veering off trail. Saw three other groups.
