Latest storm had left only an inch or two of new snow on the trail with a few minor drifts. Trail is now well-packed and in great shape. There is a double blowdown in the traverse section with a trail around it.
We all wore snowshoes for stability and to preserve the trail from start to finish. Other gear not required.
Cold day with wonderful afternoon light (we were the Crack O'Noon Club). Views of the Presi's from "new" outlook beyond summit are very nice.
