Conditions: Trail was broken out and generally in good shape. No blow-downs.

Special Equipment Needed: For lower sections of the trail (before the first viewpoint) snowshoes are helpful. For upper sections of trail (beyond first viewpoint), I switched to crampons since the trail gets steep and icy in some spots. However, switching from snow shoes has a downside, i.e. be prepared for an occasional thigh-deep plunge into “the under-world” in a few areas!

Comments: As anyone knows who has ever hiked the Webster-Cliff Trail, there are many excellent viewpoints all along the ridge leading to Mt. Webster. This trek does require a modest amount of effort, but the nearly constant views are ample reward for your efforts.
