Trail Conditions: Trails in good shape, but markings are extremly sparse in some areas of the preserve. Often, turns occur with no warning nor any notice. Blazes can be a half a football field apart, even after the above referenced turns.
Special Equipment Required: Trail map: essential to anticipate unmarked turns and weakly marked paths. Compass: very important in conjunction with the above. (You can't really get lost, but you can get befuddled).
Comments: Again, the trails are not in bad shape. The markings leave much to the imagination, particularly at trail junctions (which occur without the least bit of warning or ceremony).
