conditions: glencliff trail hardpacked most of the way. some drifting over hard pack (up to a foot) on the final steep approach to the top of the ridge which made for tough footing going up and a couple less than graceful slips and falls on the way down. from trail junction to summit a mix of drifted snow, hardpack, ice and rock. side path to south summit packed out nicely.

equipment: full wind protection above treeline due to high winds. used snowshoes from trailhead to summit. could have used crampons or other traction for final approach as well. could bareboot the whole thing if you wanted.

comments: wonderful day. fantastic views and good trail conditions. pretty stiff winds with decent gusts, but good wind protection made it a lot of fun.
