about 10" of fresh powder Friday night has been packed out by snowmobiles, snowshoes, skis and bare boots on the Tote Road, Abol Campground and up to the bottom of the slide. The slide is wind blown, icey and contains pockets of powder. The Tablelands are crusty, snow covered ice and the cairns often look like rocks, wands were helpful here as visablity was low. Traffic appears to be quite low so far, our group may have been the first to summit so far this winter, based on the registers.
