Date of Hike: Saturday 2/16/08
Trail Conditions: The trail to Zeacliff is packed and barebootable. Trail beyond Zeacliff was not broken out and very difficult to following with lots of deep snow. Hit my turn-around time at noon and headed back. Cold, windy , and hazy.
Special Equipment Required: Poles and snowshoes. No need for crampons.
Comments: Unfortunately for me I lost my Garmin GPS unit in the parking lot just east of Zealand Campground. If by chance anyone should find it please let me know. My name and phone number are on the opening screen.
