I wa on Buck Mtn. this past weekend and the trails were dry with the exception of stream crossings which were not bad.
i could see the tounge range and all looked dry, no snow or ice to see...

OK Doc!
Yeah, I thought I would stick it out and do some "Spring peaks" , but I just can't bear the postholing, sticky snow, extra wet weather gear and the loooooooong drive.
So I am looking forward to some short, fast jaunts closer to home.
I'll see if I can even write a trail report afterwards - of course it won't compare with Queen Christine's Entertainment!
