Trail Conditions: packed trail, pleasant walking all the way up the Glencliff Trail. On Carriage Road, snowy, packed trail until just a couple tenths of a mile from the top, then ice. Snow was starting to soften near the trailhead by the time we returned in the afternoon.
Special Equipment Required: Crampons - essential for summit, useful for trip back down the steeper sections on Glencliff. Carried the snowshoes and poles all day but never pulled them out.
