Trail Conditions: Mostly dry, some mud, a little bit of hard pack snow/ice.
Special equipment required: none.
Comments: We hiked in the afternoon, to avoid the morning rain, which seemed to have left a dusting of snow in the trees up high. No problem getting up, there were just a few short icy parts that were easy to bypass. We thankfully could not confirm rumors of a smelly dead deer near the summit!
