Trail Conditions: A couple of muddy spots in the beginning of Mountain House. Dry the rest of the way.
Special Equipment: None- maybe some bug repellent.
Comments: Black flies are out and about now. Didn't think they were biting yet, but found a few bites the next day. Took Mountain House up and Jack Frost and High Meadow down- beautiful day to get away from the city
