N & S Twin from 7 Dwarfs 5/17/08

Conditions: Bare ground/muddy until about 3700', then snow/slush rail at times, other areas were filled with large snow drifts (still!) On the way up, I did all the stream crossings; on the way down, I did the bypass/herd path around the bottom 2. The water seemed a little high; 1st two crossings were stressful - I kept the boots on and put on gaiters and waded in spots. The third crossing had a big log across half the river - easy to balance on and cross.

Special Equipment: I used snowshoes (helpful to along the ridge), tho others I saw didn't. Still using the winter boots, which fill with water no matter what this time of year!
