Anybody out there into trail running? If so, what do you look for in a good trail, in terms of distance, grade, conditions, etc.? What are some of your favorite running trails in the Adks? I am working on a free-lance article.

Although your article appears to be about ADK trail running. some of our New England trail runners might offer you some input on the activity in general.

Phil, sort of an interesting side to being out there on the trails. I'd be interested in hearing what others have to say about trail running.

Also, watched the PBS "Adirondaks" special and enjoyed very much. Nice to see you there in the mix of it all! :cool:
