Tuesday the 27th or Wednesday the 28th of May, AM or PM help needed on the Section of the AT running from Jacob's Brook to near the Summit of Smart's mountain. Blowdown removal on my adopted trail section. I am an AT certified Sawyer, but need a backup person for safety. There are about five downed trees that need attention in that approximately four mile section. No skills necessary, just safety backup to comply with the USFS/NPS rules. Very pretty trail and spectacular (some say) brook crossing. Short notice I know, just need to get it done. Gender immaterial.
