Date of hike: Sunay, 25 May 2008
Trail conditions: Glen Cliff Trail mostly dried out, with some easily negotiated packed snow the last couple hundred meters to the trail junction with Carriage Road. Some packed wet snow in shaded parts of Carriage Road, but completely snow- and ice-free above treeline.
Special equpment: No traction devices necessary. But, black flies now a menacing force.
Comments: Annual spring cleaning of water bars on GCT and some snipping of subalpine spruce and fir branches encroaching the Carriage Road, by S.M. Martin Restorations and Dr. Dasypodiae.
