Long Trail Questions

I am planning on doing a 2-3 night backpacking trip in VT soon. I definitely will be hitting Mansfield, but was wondering what other places in that region are worthwhile. Sterling Pond/Whiteface & Bolton MT are options. I also may camp the last night close to the road, then do something in the Worcester Range as a day hike.

I won't be car-spotting, so there will be at least some out&back/road walking, etc., I may even spend two nights at one shelter and day hike the middle day.

Just looking for some feedback.

Bingham Falls & Moss Glen Falls in Stowe are probably both top-notch right now about. Not too far from the trails on the east side of Mansfield.
