Over a week late, but here it is - - -
Climbed Colden on Sunday, May 25th. Perfect weather, slight breeze, very few bugs (not biting either), and surprisingly few hikers. Well, on Colden there were few hikers. Tons of folks signed in for Marcy, Phelps, and Algonquin. Patchy snow started around 3300 feet, and quite a bit up higher, especially between the false summit and the real summit.
Not much of a trip report really, ...... my apologies for that. Taking care of sick family members and two properties leave me little time for hiking these days, and even less for writing. But the pics came out okay, at least I thought so, ....... so I thought I'd share.
