Conditions: Valley Way clear of snow up until about the upper Bruin trail. Then some patchy monorail - slick but barebootable. Osgood dry and clear. Star Lake trail up to Adams was basically clear with a couple small patches of snow, easily barebootable. Airline all clear. No blowdowns anywhere. Everything wet from the pouring rain on Saturday.
Special Equip: Waterproof boots would have been nice in that rain!
Comments: Great hike although weather less than perfect. But at least no bugs! Super windy on the Airline trail along the King Ravine. Met some nice people at the Madison hut who were there getting ready to open this week and let us in to drop packs and eat.
